For regional and portfolio leaders

Give the dog work one owner across every community.

Across communities, dog-waste patrols, station service, turf scrubbing, pet-area sanitation, dog washes and resident pet complaints are usually split between janitorial, porter, maintenance, grounds and onsite teams. ParkPaws consolidates the dog-specific work under one accountable owner and one measurable standard.

Two problems. Two answers.

The pet experience is highly visible. The operating ownership is almost invisible.

ParkPaws is built for exactly that gap: fragmented scope and inconsistent execution.

The dog-specific scope is fragmented.

Different communities rely on janitorial, porter, maintenance, grounds or onsite teams for different pieces of the same pet problem — with different standards at each site.

Visible failures become resident-experience and reputation problems.

Stray waste, odor, empty bags and weak follow-up sit directly inside how residents judge cleanliness, amenity quality and management responsiveness.

Consolidate under one dog-specific standard.

Recurring route work, dog-area cleaning and sanitation, station service, resident reporting and emergency response under one accountable owner.

Make execution visible and auditable.

Scope

One owner for the dog work, not one more vendor touching it.

Today the dog tasks are split across cleaning, porter, grounds and maintenance. You choose which pieces move to ParkPaws; the rest stays exactly where it is and is not in the price.

Today's scattered dog scope

Stray-waste patrol. Turf scrubbing. Odor treatment. Pet-surface sanitation. Waste-can service. Bag restocking. Dog-wash cleaning. Resident complaints. Hot-spot checks. Sick-dog response. Follow-up.

The ParkPaws Pet Scope Review

A short walk of one community. We map who handles each dog task today, where responsibility is unclear, and which pieces you want under one ParkPaws scope. Free, and yours to keep either way.

The objective is not “add another vendor.”

The objective is to give the dog-specific work one accountable owner. Dog tasks tend to be specialty items inside broad building contracts. You pick the pieces ParkPaws owns; everything else stays where it is.

General janitorial vs. dog-specific sanitation

Broad commercial cleaning and dog sanitation are not the same operating problem.

ParkPaws is built around the waste, surfaces, supplies, resident behavior and contamination risk created specifically by dogs.

General janitorial is broad by design.

Pet waste, embedded turf contamination, dog-area odor, bag restocking, resident pet tickets and sick-dog sanitation tend to become specialty items, premium add-ons or inconsistent handoffs.

ParkPaws is dog-specific by design.

Walk. Scoop. Brush. Scrub. Treat. Disinfect agreed high-touch surfaces. Restock. Handle resident reports. Document. Repeat.

Emergency contamination creates an unpredictable workflow.

A suspected contagious illness can require immediate disinfection, a decision on closing the area and a heads-up to residents — at any community, on any day. ParkPaws handles the sanitation and recommends the steps; management keeps the decision.

Emergency disinfection is built into ParkPaws.

The applicable infectious-illness response is included with no emergency sanitation upcharge, using the appropriate labeled veterinary-grade product and ParkPaws SOP. No cleaning program can guarantee disease prevention; this gives every community the same defined response.

Resident adoption

A service residents do not understand will not reduce the complaint loop.

ParkPaws does not stop at field service. We make sure dog households know the service exists and exactly how to use it.

Welcome-bag onboarding

On qualifying 6+ month agreements, ParkPaws provides launch welcome bags for registered dog households plus an ongoing monthly welcome-bag allotment, so onboarding keeps working as dog households turn over.

One simple resident behavior

Open the phone camera → scan the ParkPaws QR → show us the problem. No ParkPaws app, no new login, and no guessing which maintenance category a broken dog-park latch belongs under.

Resident experience + reputation

Don't let the pet experience become the reason an otherwise happy resident leaves a bad review.

A property can get almost everything right and still generate poop emails, repeat complaints, enforcement campaigns or negative comments because the pet environment feels dirty, unmanaged or ignored. A small pet-area failure can show up publicly as a cleanliness, maintenance, amenity or follow-through complaint.

No app

Residents scan with the camera already on their phone.

Direct ticket

Dog-area issues go straight to ParkPaws instead of being relayed through leasing.

Maintenance routing

Broken items are forwarded to the designated property contact with the resident's description and media.

Proof + closeout

Photo and video evidence and service history make follow-through visible.

Illustrative pet-program economics
70 dog households × $50/month = $3,500/month

Many communities already collect meaningful pet rent. ParkPaws gives residents a tangible managed service behind the pet experience rather than a fenced area and a sign. This is an illustration only: actual pet fees, lease rules and ParkPaws pricing vary by property, and it is not a claim that pet fees fund ParkPaws.

Accountability

General cleaning proves tasks. ParkPaws proves a dog-specific operating system.

Regional teams can evaluate defined scope, recurring visits, resident tickets, SLAs, photo and video proof and property-level service history — comparable across sites.
