One-minute overview for on-site teams

Dog poop, empty bag stations and dirty dog areas keep landing on people with other jobs.

ParkPaws takes the recurring dog work off your team. We walk the property for stray waste, scoop and brush poop out of turf, scrub and treat dog surfaces, disinfect the agreed high-touch surfaces with veterinary-grade products, empty and restock stations, clean the dog wash, take resident reports by QR, and include emergency infectious-illness disinfection with no emergency upcharge.

Fewer poop emails. Fewer reminder blasts. Fewer issues bouncing between leasing, maintenance and cleaning.

General janitorial is built to clean the property broadly. ParkPaws is built around the dog mess, the pet surfaces, the supplies, the resident complaints and the follow-up.

The problem we take off your team

Two problems. Two answers.

The simplest way to understand ParkPaws.

The pet work is scattered.

Janitorial empties one can. Maintenance handles a complaint. The porter restocks bags. Leasing gets the poop email. Nobody fully owns the dog environment.

Your office becomes the dispatcher.

Residents call, email or file a confusing maintenance ticket, then your team has to decide who does what and follow up.

ParkPaws owns the recurring dog sanitation.

We repeatedly walk, scoop, brush, scrub, treat, disinfect, empty and restock the included pet areas — on a schedule.

Residents report directly to ParkPaws.

One QR for poop, empty bags, dirty pet spaces or something broken. We handle our scope and route maintenance items to the right property contact.

What we physically do

No vague “pet care.” Here is the actual work.

Your property chooses the included areas and the visit frequency. ParkPaws performs the agreed dog-specific scope repeatedly every month.

Walk the property looking for poop

We walk the agreed route and actively look for stray dog waste on lawns, relief areas, sidewalks and the repeat hot spots.

Scoop + brush waste out of turf

We remove visible waste and, when needed, brush embedded material out of artificial turf instead of leaving it pressed into the fibers.

Scrub visible residue

We scrub the affected pet surface and remove visible residue before treating it. The goal is a physically cleaner dog area, not deodorizer sprayed over a mess.

Treat + deodorize pet surfaces

Included turf, grass and dog areas are treated with veterinary-grade products chosen for the task and used according to label directions and ParkPaws SOPs.

Clean + disinfect high-touch surfaces

Agreed gate handles, latches, waste-bin lids, benches and dog-wash controls are cleaned and disinfected with the appropriate labeled product.

Empty + restock waste stations

We service the included cans, replace liners, replenish bags, handle overflow and flag visible damage.

Scrub the dog wash

Hair, dirt, water and residue removed; included touch points cleaned and disinfected; supplies checked and the wash reset.

Emergency infectious-illness sanitation

A suspected or confirmed contagious illness triggers the disinfection workflow and a heads-up to your team. We recommend when to close and reopen the area; your management makes the call. No emergency sanitation upcharge.

Document the work

Service history can include timestamps, photos and video, resident tickets, what was handled and what was routed to maintenance.

Recurring service + QR

We show up throughout the month. The QR catches problems between visits.

The scheduled plan creates the recurring field presence. QR reporting gives residents a direct line when something happens after we leave.

QR reporting is available 24/7.

Residents can submit a report any time with the normal camera on their phone. Response follows your property's ParkPaws service and SLA terms — the QR is always open, which is not the same as 24/7 technician dispatch.

2. Scan the ParkPaws QRNo app, account or password.
3. Show us the problemPoop, empty bags, overflow, a dirty area or something broken. Add a photo or video when useful.

Proof

You do not have to take our word for it.

Management can see a record of recurring service and resident-ticket closeout.

Something is broken?

The resident uses the same QR. A broken gate, a plumbing problem, a light — it goes to your designated property contact with the resident's description, photo or video and location. Nobody has to guess which maintenance category it belongs under.

A dog got sick?

Residents can report vomit, diarrhea or a suspected contagious illness. ParkPaws alerts the property, starts the veterinary-grade disinfection protocol and works with your team on closing and reopening the area. No cleaning program can guarantee disease prevention — but the property has a defined response instead of improvising one.

Why this matters

Small dog-area failures create very visible resident frustration.

The same problem becomes a poop email, another reminder blast, an enforcement campaign, a repeat complaint or a negative comment about cleanliness and follow-through.

The team gets stuck in the complaint loop.

Leasing gets the message, somebody finds a vendor or a tech, somebody else follows up, and there may be no clean record of what happened.

The pet area colors the whole experience.

A resident can like the apartment and still remember the poop they step around, the empty bag station or the dog park that always smells.

Give the pet scope one owner.

ParkPaws takes the recurring field work and the resident dog-area tickets under one workflow.

Give residents one direct line.

No app. No new login. No trip to the leasing office. Scan, show us the issue, and let ParkPaws route it.

The janitorial difference

General cleaning cleans the building. ParkPaws owns the dog work.

You pick the pieces ParkPaws owns — the route, the dog park, the wash, the stations. Anything you already have handled well, leave it out and it is not in the price. The Pet Scope Review is a 10–15 minute walk where we agree on those pieces together.

General janitorial

Built for broad building and common-area cleaning. Dog waste, embedded turf contamination, pet-surface treatment, bag restocking, resident pet complaints and sick-dog sanitation may sit outside the core scope or become specialty work.

ParkPaws

Dog-specific by design: walk, scoop, brush, scrub, treat, disinfect agreed surfaces, restock, handle resident reports, document, repeat.

Emergency dog-area contamination

A sick dog creates a time-sensitive sanitation and communication problem that broad cleaning contracts were not designed around.

Included — no emergency sanitation upcharge

The applicable infectious-illness response is built into ParkPaws service rather than arriving as a surprise emergency cleaning bill.

And we onboard the dog owners.

On qualifying 6+ month agreements, ParkPaws provides welcome bags at launch plus a monthly welcome-bag allotment so dog households know the QR exists, what they can report and how ParkPaws makes the pet side of the property easier.
